Account & Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Testogram account and associated data at any time. Here's how:

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Open the Testogram app on your device.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings → Account.
  3. Tap "Delete My Account".
  4. Confirm your request by entering your password.

Alternatively, you can email us at support@testogram.com from your registered email address with the subject line "Delete My Account".

7-day grace period: After you request deletion, your account will be deactivated immediately but not permanently deleted for 7 days. You can cancel the deletion by logging back in during this period.
